The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 236 of 2018, registered under section 414 of the I.P.C and under section 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and also under section 17 (i) (ii) of C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

Mr. R. S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended persons. He submits that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the investigating agency and participate in the trial. He submits that co-accused persons have been rovided privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 8980 of 2022, A.B.A. No. 10562 of 2023 and A.B.A. No. 373 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that allegations are there. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and material available on record, the co-accused persons have been provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 6. Hence, in the event of his surrender / arrest within a period of six weeks from date of this order, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 236 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also on the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the Court.
