The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complain Case No. 680 of 2019.
The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in A.B.A. No. 1993 of 2020 on 3.6.2020.
Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on account of the fact that the President of Chandrabanshi Durga Mandir Trust namely Jagdish Verma has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2217 of 2020 on 6.7.2020. It has further been submitted that the allegations arise out of a complaint case and infact the allegation against the petitioner who was the Secretary of the Trust and Jagdish Verma who was the President of the Trust is the same and similar and therefore on the grounds of parity, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Regard being had to the fact that the President of the Trust has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court as noted above and since this case arises out of a complaint case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and on his surrender/arrest, he will be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/- ( Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Ranchi in connection with Complain Case No. 680 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application stands allowed.
