These three anticipatory bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these three anticipatory bail applications are being disposed of by this common order.
The petitioner Soni Devi in A.B.A. No.3064/24, petitioner Charanjeet Kaur @ Babi in A.B.A. No.3177/2024 and petitioner Harjeet Singh @ Chotu in A.B.A. No.3306/2024 are apprehending their arrest in connection with Daltonganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 406/420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Ananda Singh, learned C.J.M., Palamau.

It is alleged that the petitioners on the pretext of procuring loan for the villagers had duped about 60 women and had withdrawn more than Rupees One Crore from their bank accounts. The money granted to the victims was withdrawn through several banks by the petitioners.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that there is no documentary evidence against the petitioners on record.
In view of the specific allegation against the petitioners for duping of about 60 villagers by withdrawing Rupees One Crore from their bank accounts, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
