Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 395, 412 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Bokaro.

Mr. Ajay Kr. Sah, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner’s name surfaced in the present case in the confessional statement of co-accused in which it is alleged that petitioner is involved in commission of crime. He has categorically stated that petitioner is not the owner of any vehicle involved in the present case.

He further stated at bar that petitioner is having clean antecedent and is working in a shop.

Learned A.P.P. for the State submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

On query, learned A.P.P. for the State submitted that recovery has already been effected.

Heard the parties and perused the record.

Considering the totality of aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on his surrender, shall
