Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 474 of 2022 for the offences registered under Sections 323, 498A of the IPC and section 3& 4 of DP ACt, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that this is a complaint case in which petitioner has been summoned by court concerned under Section 323 & 498A of the IPC. He further submits that petitioner is ready to attend the concerned court on each and every date of hearing. Upon the aforesaid premise, the prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Heard the parties and perused the record.

From perusal the record, it transpires that petitioner is the husband and complainant has made allegation of demand of dowry against him.

Considering the facts in totality that this is a complaint case and all the evidences which complainant intends to bring before Court lying in her hand, thus this Court finds it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on his surrender, shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/-

(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, in connection with Complaint Case No. 474 of 2022. Petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every date of hearing except medical exigency.
