2. Learned counsel for the respondents are present.
3. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
(i) For issuance of direction to set aside the office order contained in memo No. 2571 dated 11.11.2011 issued under the seal and signature of District Superintendent of Education, Dumka, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from the services of the Government w.e.f. issuance of letter dated 11.11.2011.
(ii) For further direction that till final decision of the writ the impugned order should not be given effect to.
(iii) For issuance of direction upon the respondents to pay the salary withheld from the month of February, 2011 till the passing of the impugned order.”
4. On 03.02.2023, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner
and the matter was adjourned with a clear indication that no further adjournment will be granted.
5. Since, petitioner is absent today, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
6. Pending I.A., if any, is closed.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
