“For quashing the order/judgment dated 14.6.99 passed by the respondent no.2, the Commissioner South C.N. Division, Ranchi in Lohardaga Revenue Revision No.78 of 1994 as contained in Annexure – 3 whereby and whereunder orders passed for restoration of lands in exercise of power conferred under section 71A of the Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 by respondent no.4 as contained in Annexure- 1 and order passed in appeal thereof by the respondent no.3 as contained in annexure – 2 are set aside.”
