2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“For setting aside the order dated 10.05.2012 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-I, at Chaibasa in Execution Case No. 02 of 2010, whereby he has been pleased to reject the objection filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw
this writ petition. He submits that the execution case before the learned court below has already been disposed of and accordingly the present writ petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
