Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition as it has become infructuous. However, it was prayed that the security amount of Rs.62,100/- which was deposited with respondent No.7 District Fisheries Officer, Bokaro may be returned back to him.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner will be liberty to make representation before respondent No.7 District Fisheries Officer, Bokaro for returning the security amount. The respondent No.7 District Fisheries Officer, Bokaro shall dispose of his representation within four weeks in accordance with law.
