06/ 13.01.2023 Petitioner, in this writ petition, has prayed for grant of 2^nd ACP and

to revise the pensionary and other benefits accordingly.

At the very outset, counsel for the respondents, relying upon the counter affidavit, submits that they have sent a letter to the appropriate authority for verification of the educational certificates of this petitioner from Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga and the validity of the degrees issued by the said University. She submits that once they receive an information, an appropriate decision will be taken and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the benefits, as claimed, the same will be extended.

Considering the said submissions, I direct the respondent No.2the Deputy Commissioner, Dumka to consider the claim of the petitioner, after getting the educational certificates of the petitioner duly verified, and if thereafter it is found that the same are valid and if the petitioner is otherwise found eligible to get 2^nd ACP, order will be passed and benefits will be extended to the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is not entitled to the said benefits, reasons thereof should also be communicated to the petitioner. The entire process should be completed within 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
