21/13.01.2023: From perusal of ordersheet, it appears that on 16.12.2022, Mr. Rahul Kumar, counsel for the petitioner in Cr. Rev. No. 1383 was present but none appeared in other two connected cases and today is the same position.
In that view, Cr. Rev. Nos. 1338 and 1393 of 2017 are dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order, if any in these two cases, stands vacated.
Cr. Rev. No. 1383 of 2017 is detached from the aforesaid two cases.
At the request of the counsel for the petitioner, this case is adjourned, to be listed after two weeks.
