10/04.01.2023 The present writ petition has been filed against the order whereby the EMD to the tune of Rs.01 Crore has been forfeited by the respondent-CCL and also the petitioner has been debarred for three years for participating in any future process.

An interlocutory application being I.A. No.10562 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to invoke the arbitration clause as stipulated in the agreement.

Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.

In view of above submission of the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
