19 /16.01.2023 By order dated 20.12.2018 by way of last indulgence time was allowed and the matter was adjourned. On 08.06.2022 the matter was again adjourned at the instance of the appellants subject to deposit of Rs.1000/- by the appellants to the Jhalsa and the matter was directed to be listed after 8 weeks. On 22.08.2022 again this second appeal was adjourned at the instance of the appellants subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- to Jhalsa.
Today when the matter was taken up, on repeated call,
nobody has responded on behalf of the appellants.
Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed.
Pending petition, if any, also stands dismissed.
