in connection with G.R. Case No. 1070/2017, arising out of Telaiya P.S. Case No. 303/2017 sent by Ms. Kanchan Toppo, P.M., J.J.B., Koderma vide Letter No. 86 dated 17.08.2023.
2. It has been informed by the learned P.M., J.J.B., Koderma that the G.R. Case No. 1070/2017 has been disposed of on 21.11.2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial has already concluded and therefore, this Criminal Revision Application has become infructuous.
4. No objection has been raised by the learned A.P.P.
5. Under the circumstances, in view of the above report, this Criminal Revision Application No. 221 of 2019 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
