08/11.08.2023 Pursuant to the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the State has filed Counter Affidavit on 01.08.2023 through Sri Arvind Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Madhupur P. S., District –Deoghar, Jharkhand wherein it has been stated that the petitioner-Jai Prakash Dalmia has died on 09.07.2019 and in support of the same, photo copy of the death certificate dated 11.07.2019 issued by the Registrar (Birth and Death) Nagar Parishad, Madhupur is enclosed as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.
Under the circumstances, this Criminal Revision Application No. 1432 of 2018 is dismissed as having been infructuous and abated against the petitioner and stands disposed of.
