2 /16.10.2023 This petition has been filed for direction to restore the house hold goods of the petitioner which has been seized pursuant to the direction of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Maintenance Case No.134 of 2014.

It appears that pursuant to some direction the said action has been taken by the police and the petitioner has filed the proper petition before the learned court which is under consideration and in view of that, the matter is already subjudice before the competent court and the petitioner is required to take steps for early disposal of that petition which is pending before the learned court and unless there is no order under challenge in this petition by the learned court rejecting the said prayer, no case of interference is made out.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the said application before the learned court which is pending there.

The prayer in the writ petition is emergent one and the said petition is required to be decided at the earliest and in view of that, the petitioner shall move before the learned court by way of said prayer which shall be considered and will be decided by the learned court in accordance with law.
