Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and submits that the petitioner undertakes to surrender before the court below on or before 21.07.2023.
In case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court on or before 21.07.2023 and prays for regular bail, the learned trial court will consider the same as per its rule.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
