03/ 17.02.2023 . Instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 22.12.2022 passed in A.B.A. No.5299 of 2022 arising out of Lalpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2021 for extension of time of surrender in the Court below for a period of two weeks.
It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender within the time stipulated before the learned court below, therefore, the prayer has been made for extension of period of surrender.
Considering the grounds taken, petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is allowed.
