02/20.01.2023 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 09.06.2022, passed in Criminal Revision No. 593 of 2006, only to the extent that the time for depositing the fine amount of Rs.3,000/- may be extended for one month.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not deposit the fine amount of Rs. 3,000/- as per order passed in the aforesaid criminal revision due to sickness of his parents as both of them are old and infirm and the petitioner could not leave them at Torpa and come to deposit the fine within the scheduled time.
3. Learned A.P.P. does not have any serious objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid averments made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the instant Criminal Misc. Petition, paragraph 13 of the order dated 09.06.2022, passed in Criminal Revision No. 593 of 2006, stands modified to the extent that the fine of Rs. 3,000/- shall be deposited by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, i.e. 20.01.2023, failing which he shall serve rest of the sentence as ordered by the learned trial court.
5. With the following modification, this Cr.M.P. is allowed and disposed of.
