02/20.01.2023 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 09.06.2022, passed in Criminal Revision No. 537 of 2006, only to the extent that the time for depositing the fine amount of Rs. 3,000/- may be extended atleast for a period of one month.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to sickness of his parents, who are old and infirm, the petitioner could not come to deposit the fine, within four weeks as per the order passed in aforesaid Criminal Revision. 3. Learned A.P.P. does not have any serious objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid averments made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the instant criminal miscellaneous petition, paragraph 13 of the order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Criminal Revision No. 537 of 2006 is hereby modified to the extent that fine amount of Rs. 3,000/shall be deposited by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall serve rest of the sentence as ordered by the learned trial court.
5. With the following modification, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed and disposed of.
