This writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for taking appropriate action against the named accused persons of Deori P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019. A further prayer has been made to initiate a departmental action against the Investigating Officer and the other police officials who were helping the accused persons and pressurizing the victim family to settle the case.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of investigation final report has been submitted and a protest petition has been filed by the petitioner who is the informant in Deori P. S. Case No. 28 of 2019 which has not yet been disposed of.
In view of the development as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no order can be passed in this writ application which accordingly stands disposed of.
