This application has been preferred by the petitioner for deleting the name of the respondent no. 9 as she has expired on 15.07.2015.

In view of the averments made in the instant application the same is allowed and the name of the respondent no. 9, Smt. Nalini Kamla is deleted from the cause title of this application.

Heard Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rishi Pallava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 8, 20 and 21. So far as the rest respondents are concerned, notices have been received by the relatives but none had appeared.

This application has been filed for restoration of L.P.A. No. 511 of 1999 (R), which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 02.02.2015.

Regard being had to the averments made in the instant application especially with respect to paragraph 25 of the same, this application is allowed and L.P.A. No. 511 of 1999 (R) is hereby restored to its original file.
