Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 110/2023 arising out of Lohardaga (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 11/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 300/2023, for the offences registered under sections 376, 313, 417 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established sexual relationship with the Informant who is a major lady. They were in relationship for about two years. Later on, when the petitioner refused to marry her, this case has been instituted. 4. Considering the fact that both petitioner and the Informant were in prolong consensual sexual relationship, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 110/2023 arising out of Lohardaga (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 11/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 300/2023.
