Heard the parties.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent no.3 submits that the title suit bearing Original Suit No. 107-108 of 1998 has already been disposed of by the learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division-III, Deoghar on 20.01.2023.
Since, the entire suit has been disposed of, this application which arose out of interlocutory order has also become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as infructuous.
