MD Hadish v. the State of Jharkhand
Case brief
What is this about?
In this anticipatory bail petition, the High Court of Jharkhand rejected the prayer for bail. The petitioners were apprehending arrest for attempted rape under IPC and POCSO. The court held that the nature of the charge and materials on record did not incline it to extend privilege of anticipatory bail.
