Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gonda P.S. Case No. 101/2022, registered under Sections 302/ 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Ashok Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi.
Cousin sister of the informant was found strangulated in her house. Petitioners are uncle and cousin of the deceased. When the informant inquired about this fact from the co-accused persons including the petitioners, they threatened her of dire consequences.
There appears to be direct complicity of the petitioners in the murder of the deceased. No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
