Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Rakesh Kumar Pandey @ Munna @ Rakesh Kumar is in custody since 11.10.2022 in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 412 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is auto rickshaw driver and another auto rickshaw driver assaulted the informant and snatched cash and valuables from him.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there is no legal evidence against him.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
