Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P. (C) No. 6505 of 2014 to its original file which was dismissed for non prosecution on 28.02.2020. It has been stated in the petition that due to communication gap the order was not communicated. In para no. 11 of the petition it has been stated that there is no willful or deliberate latches on the part of the petitioner and the counsel of the petitioner could not appear due to the circumstances.
Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection.
In view of the aforesaid facts and reasons stated in the petition, and also considering the fact that the State counsel has got no serious objection, prayer made in C.M.P. No. 143 of 2022 is allowed.
Accordingly, W.P.(C) No. 6505 of 2014 is restored to its original
file.
C.M.P. No. 143 of 2022 stands allowed and disposed of.
