2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
“For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) and/or a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to take immediate step for payment of arrear of increment since 2007 to till date and also pay the 50 Rs every working date as increment as per Ardh so letter No. JEPC/2206 dated 3.1.2005 issued under the signature of Commissioner Cum Secretary Human resource development department, and which is illegally and without any basis withhold by the respondents.
And
Further command upon the respondents to pay the travelling allowance of the are notified to the clerstral resource person and Block resource person as per above mentioned letter.” 3. On 14.11.2022 also, nobody had appeared on behalf of the
petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
