1. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for quashing/setting aside the notification Memo NO. 336-II/S-Hazaribagh dt 30.04.2010 issued by the Assistant settlement officer, Hazaribagh without the approval of the competent authority where by and where under the Respondent No. 6 has been given charge of Head Peskar which is wholly arbitrary, irrational and against the Rules based on wrong facts, perse illegal and colourable exercise of power and the Senior most petitioner/candidate from the same cadre should be considered for the said post.
And/Or
For any other appropriate reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled under the circumstances of this case and also doing conscionable justice to the petitioners.”

permission to withdraw this writ petition.
