The original petitioner had also sought a mandamus upon respondent No.-5 to furnish clear details of G.P.F. of the original petitioner for his entire service period which they have not furnished in spite of various directions/orders passed by this Court. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed by the husband of the petitioner and subsequently on account of his death, a substitution petition was filed and vide order dated 11.02.2021, the present petitioner, being the wife of the original petitioner, was substituted in place of the original petitioner. 6. The learned counsel submits that the original writ petitioner had superannuated as back as on 31.10.1994. After his retirement, the original writ petitioner had filed one writ petition being C.W.J.C. No. 2818/1998 (R), wherein, inter-alia, the grievance was raised in connection with non-payment of G.P.F. amount. The said writ petition was disposed of on 01.09.1999 with a clear direction upon the District Provident Fund Officer, Ranchi to provide a chart showing his contribution towards G.P.F. and statutory interest allowed thereof to the original petitioner, but in spite of such order, the direction issued to the District Provident Fund Officer, Ranchi was not complied.
