Sri Vijay Kr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Neil Abhijeet Toppo, AC to learned GA-V for the respondent-State, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and Mr. Sudarshan Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No.7, are present.

Sri Vijay Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will file an application before the concerned respondent with regard to revision of pension if not applied till date. As such the case may be disposed of by directing the respondents that after receiving the application of this petitioner the same should be processed at the earliest and the revised pension be started within 4 to 6 weeks.

Respondent No.3-Mr. Vinay Kumar, DSE, Giridih is present and submits that the moment he will receive the application from the petitioner the same will be processed and necessary authorization will be issued to the Bank for payment.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant application is hereby disposed of by directing the State respondent to issue necessary authorization after receiving the application of the petitioners and send the same to the Bank. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and directions, the dispute stands resolved.
