The matter has been taken up in National Lok Adalat in Physical mode.
In this case the dispute is with regard wrong fixation of pay in 5th and 6th
Revisional Scale and further grant of payment of arrears.
Mr. Bikram Singh is present in person and fairly submits that the only dispute in the instant case is with respect to dues acquiring payment as per 2nd ACP.
Mr. M.K.Roy, learned G.A.-I fairly submits that the issue with respect of grant of 2nd ACP is in the pipeline and the same will be settled within a couple of months and this petitioner will get the admissible dues within a period of three months from today.
In response to the aforesaid submissions of the respondent counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case may be disposed of by giving a strict time line to comply the undertaking.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant application is hereby, disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-State to pay the entire admissible dues with regard to 2nd ACP within a period of three months.
Consequently, the matter is settled and accordingly Award is decreed.
