Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ application the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed. She submits that she has also filed supplementary affidavit wherein in paragraph nos. 6-9 she has given details as to how petitioners’ grievance has been redressed.
Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the statement made in paragraph nos. 6 to 9 of the supplementary affidavit dated 31.07.2018, this instant writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous as grievance has already been redressed.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
