“ (a) For holding the termination of the petitioner contained in Memo No. 414 dated 31.05.2010 of the Sri Jitnedra Singh, Executive Engineer, State Housing Board, Dhanbad Division, arbitrarily, whimsically, malefidely passed in violation of principle of natural justice, service jurisprudence and discriminatory, illegal and for quashing of the same.
(b) For reinstatement of the Petitioner as Junior Engineer in the Respondent Department i.e. State Housing Board, Jharkhand w.e.f. 31.05.2010 and payment of back wages from the date of termination.
(c) For payment of the due salary of the Petitioner from 18.03.2009 to May 2009 with cost, compensation and interest.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. S. K. Pandey seeks
permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Counsel for the respondent- State has no serious objection to the prayer made.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
