Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the parties, since the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed, the instant writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
However, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court as and when, fresh cause of action arises.
