Government of India, whereby and whereunder he has directed the Commissioner, Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization, Dhanbad to cancel all promotions to the employees of CMPFO, Dhanbad effected based on the Gazette Notification dated 25.04.2017."
2. Mr. Saurav Kumar, Advocate, on instructions of Advocate-onrecord Ms. Swati Shalini, submits that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
