Mr. Rahul Lamba, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint with the Vidyut Upbhokta Shikayat Niwaran Forum (VUSNF) constituted by Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL) under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for redressal of its grievance.
Considering the aforesaid prayer, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
