Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari has submitted that petitioner- Somra Oraon has preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondent No.3 i.e. the Additional Collector, Ranchi to dispose of the appeal I.e. S.A.R. Appeal No.85/2018-19, which is pending before the Additional Collector, Ranchi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that said appeal has been preferred against the order dated 13.08.2014 passed in S.A.R. (Land Restoration) Case No.89/2012-13 passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Ranchi, but the Additional Collector, Ranchi has admitted this appeal and as such, the appeal may be disposed of by the Additional Collector, Ranchi.
Learned counsel for the respondents/State, Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, G.A.-I has submitted that this Court may direct the Additional Collector, Ranchi to dispose of the appeal, if not already disposed of.
Considering the rival submissions of the parties, looking into the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Additional Collector, Ranchi to dispose of S.A.R. Appeal No.85/2018-19, if not already disposed of, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties within a period of three months.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
