Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the appellants submits that since the valuation of the appeal is 10,20,000/- hence, the appeal be directed to be remitted to the Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, as the pecuniary jurisdiction of the Judicial Commissioner to hear appeals has been enhanced ₹ 25 lakhs.
This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this appeal is remitted to the Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi for disposal in accordance with law.
