05/19.07.2022 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.
The instant appeal has been filed against the order dated 15.01.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge, Children’s Court, Giridih in M.C.A. No.1644 of 2021 arising out of Children Case No.18 of 2019 (Giridih (M) P.S. Case No.147 of 2019), for the offence under Sections 364/ 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and further Section 302/201 of IPC has been added.
The juvenile who has attained majority is in custody since 15.07.2019 has approached this Court for grant of bail.
Earlier, bail application of the appellant has been rejected on merit vide order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.166 of 2020.
The prayer for bail has been renewed. Innocence has been claimed and referring to the period of custody, prayer for bail has been made.
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
