It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that due to inadvertent in the order dated 27.06.2022, wherein year of appeal has been wrongly typed as Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 17 of 2021 in place of Criminal Appeal (S.J) No. 17 of 2022’.
Accordingly, Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 17 of 2021, it should be read as “Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 17 of 2022”.
The order dated 27.06.2022 is modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.
