2. Pursuant to the order dated 10.03.2022, Notice was issued to the petitioner and office was also directed to call for a report from the concerned court regarding the whereabouts of the petitioner. Service report of the Notice has been received indicating therein that the petitioner is now no more and the death certificate is also annexed with the service report.
3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the instant application is dismissed as abated.
