The application has been listed today due to the letter of trial Court who is in seisins of the case being N.D.P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021 arising out of Rajpur, P.S. Case No. 41 of 2021.
2. Vide order dated 19.04.2022 in B.A. No. 734 of 2022 this court dismissed the bail application, however, directed the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of the order.
3. A letter has been received by the Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, (N.D.P.S), Chatra; wherein it has been requested for extension of time for a period of another two months for disposal of the aforesaid case.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within further period of two months from today.
