05/06.04.2022. These petitions have been taken through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction submits that the matter has been settled in the Lok Adalat and in view of that, these petitions have become infructuous.
In view of his such submission, these petitions stand dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, I.A. No.860 of 2011 stands disposed of.
Interim orders, earlier passed in these petitions, stand vacated.
