07/06.04.2022. This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Status report is on the record whereby it has been informed that charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has already been taken against the accused persons.
In the case in hand, only FIR is under challenge.
In view of this development, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the grounds at appropriate stage.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has got no objection.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
