“That in the instant petition, the petitioner pray for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ for following relief(s):a) Direction upon Respondent No. 2 and 3 in the nature of Habeas Corpus to produce Ms. Niharika Murmu, aged about 21 years, who is in illegal confinement of Respondent No.4 and after recording her statement set her free. b) And pass such other Order/(s) as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper.”
Md. Shadab Ansari, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings, prayers etc.
Accordingly, WP (Cr.)(HB)(DB) No. 484 of 2022 is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
