Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the order dated 04.7.2022 passed in A.B.A. No. 3620 of 2022, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks but being a poor person, he could not surrender within time as stipulated therein and, therefore, the period as stipulated in the order dated 04.7.2022 be extended for further two weeks.
As prayed for, time as stipulated in the order dated 04.7.2022 is extended
for further two weeks from today.
This criminal misc. petition stands allowed.
