05/ 18.11.2022 . Office has pointed out that in the 3rd Paragraph of the order dated 11.11.2022 passed in this case, the word 'C.P.C'. has wrongly been typed as 'Cr.P.C.' and in the last Para of the said order, the word 'Civil' has wrongly been typed as 'Criminal', as such, those may be modified.
Accordingly, the order dated 11.11.2022 is modified by replacing the word 'Cr.P.C.' as 'C.P.C'. and the word 'Criminal' by replacing the word as 'CPC'.
Let this order be form part of the order dated 11.11.2022.
