Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this criminal misc. petition praying therein to modify part of the order dated 12.01.2022 passed in B.A. No. 14898 of 2021 by which this Court has rejected the bail application of the petitioner with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial, preferably within a period of nine months of framing of charge.
By order dated 22.06.2022, status report was called for from the trial court
which has been received to this Court vide Letter No. 313 dated 29.06.2022.
After going through the status report, I do not find any merit in the criminal misc. petition which is, accordingly, dismissed.
